I'm Nathan Misutka, an Associate Creative Director based in Austin, TX, with 14+ years turning brand strategy into work with real connection, covering print, digital, motion, and video. I got my start as a graphic designer and worked my way up through creative and senior design roles before landing at CLEAResult, where I now lead creative and video production across 20 client accounts. Along the way I've built teams from the ground up, stood up an in-house motion graphics capability, and led my team through a major reorganization without losing a single person. The shift in the current design landscape also means bringing AI into the workflow where it makes sense.
